Year 6 Residential Trip to Bollington

The children in Class 6 enjoyed a three day residential trip to Bollington. They departed at 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday 27th June and arrived back in school on Friday at 3.00p.m. On Wednesday they went to the Swimming baths and walked back to Savio house through Bollington village, observing the buildings and businesses to complete a geography study. On Wednesday evening after dinner they played a game of rounders and watched a video before going to bed. On Thursday they had a full day at Tatton Park touring the Tudor and Victorian mansions. After dinner they participated in a Mass to celebrate the feast of SS Peter & Paul. On Friday morning they had games of charades and stand-up bingo. They later took a walk by the aqueduct in Bollington before heading back home on the coach.

 

 

The children climbed up to White Nancy and had a great view across Cheshire.
