Extracurricular activities
The school encourages pupil participation in many extra-curricular activties. Some of which are highlighted below.
| Choir - The school choir has a very good reputation and enjoys taking part in school and church celebrations. |

Library - The library is open every day in school and the children are encouraged to take their books home. |
Book club - Every two months a list of books is sent home, from which your child may select a book to buy.

Football - A team competes in the Rochdale Junior School league and cup competitions, friendly matches are also arranged. |
| Netball and Cricket- Training takes place on a regular basis and friendly and competitive matches are arranged. |  |
